What makes a family for a family pass?

I am looking at the Holiday World Pass for DreamWorld and Whitewater World.
How long is this pass valid for?
Can you make up the family pass with uncles etc or does it have to be parents and children?

It is good to check all the deals, but read on to find out more about the family pass options, and what a family is defined as for these passes.
Holiday World Passes are valid for entry to the theme parks - Dreamworld and Whitewater World - and the Surfers Paradise Attraction SkyPoint Observation Deck.
The passes are for unlimited entry for 21 consecutive days from the date of first entry.
They are intended for use by holiday makers and they are the only theme park pass which also has an extra discount for families through the family pass option.
A family pass consists of entry for two adults and two children. Children are to be aged between 3 and 13 years.
Those 14 and over need to purchase an adult ticket, or count as an adult within a family pass.
From what I understand, there is no requirement for families to be the parents, as long as there are the right numbers of adults and children this is a great way to save money!
If you have a group that does not exactly fit the 2A + 2C you can purchase a family pass and additional adult or child passes as required.
