Looking for teen activities Surfers Paradise?
Teenagers are often thrill seekers and get bored quickly! Unlike their younger siblings, there isn't too much teens can't do in Surfers. Teens like to be thrilled, scared and kept active. How will you do that in Surfers? Here are some suggestions if you are visiting Surfers with teens and older children. Old Children and Teen Activities Surfers ParadiseTimezone is suitable for kids of all ages, but will it keep teenager children occupied? Timezone, in Centro Surfers Paradise on Cavill Mall, has a variety of video games and activities. You will find car racing games, several simulators, Laser Skirmish and bumper cars. Video games include games of skill or some more physical game including the popular dance games. There is always a cross section of age groups and everyone seems to enjoy it. Children young and old will find something to keep them engaged in Timezone. Teens seem to be able to spend longer than the younger kids, so a 3 hour super combo package could be the way to go for great value. 2 hours is usually enough for the younger children. The other option in Timezone is to buy a Powercard and charge up with credit, this is a very flexible option.
So if you are finding your older kids a bit insufferable, give them a big meal, lots of fizzy drinks and then send them on these rides! They’ll be quiet for a while after that! I think that goes into the parenting category of Funny, but wrong! Now it’s time to scare them! Take them to the Haunted House on Surfers Paradise Boulevard. It is run by the same group that have Dracula’s Dinner Theatre at Broadbeach. It isn’t recommended for the younger kids, but the older ones will enjoy the scary spectacle. Another scary option is the Wax Museum with its Chamber of Horrors. And finally, another activity in Surfers Paradise that the teens enjoy is the Jet Boat ride. This ride isn’t strictly in Surfers, but you can board the boat at the wharf on Nerang River at the far end of Cavill Avenue. There are a couple of options. The smaller the boat the bigger the thrill? I don’t know if that is true, but that is the feedback I have had! These are just a few teen activities in Surfers Paradise, there are plenty more things to do, both in Surfers Paradise or around the Gold Coast. Teen Activities Surfers Paradise SuggestionsDo you have any other suggestions for teen activities in Surfers Paradise? I'd love to hear of any other activities that are good for teens.
