Surfers Paradise Wheel At Night

Have you been on Wheel Of Surfers Paradise yet?

Update

The Wheel of Surfers Paradise is no longer in operation. The nearest wheel The Wheel of Brisbane which is in South Bank, Brisbane.

The information on this page is no longer valid.

The Wheel Of Surfers Paradise is a 60m Ferris wheel situated on top of the Surfers Transit Centre.

This is the second wheel we've had on the Gold Coast, we had one at Sea World - called The Sea World Eye, but that was only temporary. I LOVED the Sea World Eye because it was the best view.

On the new Surfers Paradise wheel you can see for miles including views of the Gold Coast buildings, beaches, hinterland and maybe if you are lucky even further! The wheel has fully enclosed air conditioned capsules.

This is not just a daytime activity, other times to enjoy these views are at sunset, twilight or at night when you can be mesmerised by the lights of Surfers Paradise. It is open from 10am to 11pm daily.

On the ground there are activities for the kids to enjoy too, like the Tea Cups ride and Magical Circus Train. As well as hourly reptile demonstrations where you can get up close and personal with some of Australia's most venomous snakes!

There's a cafe and souvenir shop. This attraction is a short stroll from the centre of Surfers Paradise and I would expect to spend one to two hours here, depending upon how much you enjoy the on ground activities!
