Can you share a 3 parks pass between two people for example my 16 year old son doesn't want to go to Sea World but I do, so can I use his ticket if he doesn't?

Two parts to this question...
Firstly, most tickets are non transferable after they have been used once. So the short answer is no.
According to the theme park website:
Alternatively single entry tickets may be a cheaper option if you don't want to go to all the theme parks.
